Updated January 11 2022
Anatomica Bodywork will be closing at the end of January 2022 as I return to full-time study.
Feel free to check the online calendar for available appointments up until the 28th January.
Thanks to everyone who has visited me over the years!
This page will close down end of February as I will no longer be taking bookings for remedial massage.
I wish everyone well and apologise for any inconvenience - but please do get in touch if you need!
When visiting, I ask that you please sign in using the WA-Safe App to make contract tracing easier should a COVID-19 outbreak occur.
Remedial Massage bookings can be made during these hours:
I ask that you do not book if you are feeling unwell or are in contact with someone who is unwell.
I am continually developing my skills and broadening my depth of knowledge in the field of bodywork, anatomy and the systems of the human body, to bring an exceptional standard of work to you.
I am pleased to offer the following services in the Anatomica Bodywork clinic.
For injury management or pain relief.
Using myofascial release techniques enables us to access deeper layers of the tissue - without the shock! Myofascial Release (MFR) is a slow, refined style of hands-on treatment, coupled with movement initiated by you, gives us double the effect. We will address the symptoms, but we will focus on finding the cause of the problem.
I encourage you to bring any documentation or medical reports that may help give us a clear picture of your issue. I can help explain your reports if you are unsure of what they mean.
For aches associated with your changing body.
As a mother of three, I get it!
A 30 minute massage appointment to ease the aches and pains that come along with pregnancy is something I am happy to offer. Treatment will be side-lying or seated, kept comfortable with an abundance of pillows and modest draping. Please wait until you are 12 weeks along before your appointment, get clearance from your GP for any major health concerns.

My background in this field began in 2001 with the Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Over that time I have worked with physiotherapists, chiropractors, doctors, structural bodyworkers and different fitness professionals.
In 2012 my family moved to Baldivis where I began working at a clinic in Secret Harbour with other remedial massage therapists who were passionate and inspiring to be alongside. I was introduced to the Anatomy Trains concept and it has truly transformed my work. I spent 18 months studying with the newly set up school in Perth and, after much hard work and study, I gained my teaching certification with Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand in 2017. I have taught and assisted workshops in Indonesia, Taiwan, all around Australia and New Zealand.
My work shines a light on 'form' (posture) and functional movement. I have learnt how to assess the body as a whole system and how one, or multiple injuries, can impact the rest of the body. This creates a space for us to explore and treat the cause of an injury or ailment, rather than just treating symptoms.
Treatments are effective and there is no need to keep coming back, time after time, treating the same old issue. Between 1 and 3 sessions, spaced weekly, is enough to give you lasting change if your problem is soft tissue related.
I have a love for anatomy, I have travelled to the U.S. several times to study with leaders within my field, taking part in dissection labs to discover "what is this stuff I'm actually working with?!"
My goal is to empower clients to better understand their own body - my intention is to inform you and help you help yourself. When you need a nudge in the right direction, I'm here to help!
Being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives” is important to me, whilst providing a safe, informative and professional atmosphere in which to receive healing.
